Sometimes we do understand but its hard to comprehend that, truly feel its meaning within our bones. Sometimes although we hear and know that what we hear is true and valid, we still do not truly understand that, somehow the meaning doesn’t sink into our soul. 
And sometimes with one single word, with a small gesture, we understand more than we can, beyond words, in silence and in distance. And that sometimes is more than enough.
