For me, to be able to write usually are in those moments that I can’t prevent and there is nothing that I could do but write… It is swinging moods, ups and downs, questions and the search for those anwers in my heart. .. And … thats life and it offers those times whether you like it or not.
But then, there are moments… breaths in life, from life … that serenity surrounds you. There is nothing but peace and space within you, lightness takes you ower and the words start flowing from you… Without thought they just find life, and those times… I am ultimetly grateful.
Knowing that u posses love is something but making it tangible so peope can touch and feel is priceless….so grateful that i am me!

Doğduğumuz hikâye ne olursa olsun, insani yolculuğumuzda hepimiz hayatın kaosundan, iniş çıkışlarından ve bitmeyen derslerinden payımıza düşeni alıyoruz. Ve evet, hepimiz zaman zaman kayboluyoruz.
“Ben kimim, nereye gidiyorum, neye hizmet ediyorum?” gibi sorularla içsel sorgulamalardan geçiyoruz.
İşte tam da bu noktalarda YGA gibi ekosistemler bize yalnız olmadığımızı hatırlatıyor.
Bize “vazgeçme” diyorlar.
“İnancını kaybetme. İyiye, güzele, faydaya olan emeğini sürdür” diyorlar.
Kaderde zaman yoktur, vakit vardır.
YGA’nın Artvin’de yürüttüğü bilim seferberliği kapsamında, aile şirketimiz Nurol Holding’in hayal ortağı olarak yer aldığı bu değerli çalışmada, kız kardeşim Ceyda ile birlikte sahada bulunma ve yalnızca bir yapı olarak değil, sahada yaşayan bir ekosistem olarak deneyimleme fırsatı yakaladık.
Projemiz kapsamında, YGA Gönüllüleri ile yaptığımız Artvin ziyaretimiz bizi büyüledi. Artvin’de çocukların gözlerinde gördüğümüz o ışık ve potansiyel, YGA’nın neden var olduğunu en net şekilde gösteriyordu. Bu deneyim bize bilim seferberliği vesilesi ile en uzak köşelerdeki çocukların kendi potansiyellerini keşfetmeye ve geleceğin çözümlerini üretmeye hevesli ve gönüllü olduklarını gösterdi. İşte bu birlik bilincinin gücü, sadece Artvin’de değil, YGA’nın tüm ekosisteminde hissedilen o derin aidiyet duygusunun kaynağı.
YGA 25 yıldır öylesine güçlü bir komünite hissi yaratıyor ki, bu aidiyet tüm paydaşlarında vuku buluyor. Birlikteliğin niyeti, ekosisteme dahil olan herkes tarafından derinden hissediliyor ve deneyimleniyor.
Bu disiplinli işleyişi deneyimlemeye ve niyet birliğinde işleyen birlikteliğin büyüsünü hissetmeye başladığında ise, YGA’nın gönül elçilerinden biri olmaya gönüllü oluyorsun.
Bugün bu yazıyı yazıyor olmam da bu gönüllülüğün doğal bir devamı.
İlim ilim bilmektir, ilim kendin bilmektir.
YGA, çift kanatlı bilim insanları yetiştiriyor. Geleceğimizi şekillendirecek bilimsel ve teknolojik çözümlerin bütüne hizmet eden, onarıcı ve yeniden canlandırıcı bir yaklaşım sergilemesine vesile oluyor. Bu amaçla lise ve üniversite gençlerinden oluşan gönüllüleriyle imkanı kısıtlı ortaokullarda bilim seferberliği düzenliyorlar. Bilim seferberliği kapsamında ise bugüne kadar dezavantajlı bölgelerde okuyan 1,7 milyon öğrenci bilimle buluşma imkanı edindi.
Bu tanışıklık vesilesiyle YGA ekosistemi ve kurucusu sevgili Sinan Yaman ile tanışma, tefekkür etme imkanı bulduk. Yaşamımıza niyet birliği yaptığımız yeni bir yoldaş eklendi. Kendisiyle yaptığımız sohbetlerde beni Yunus Emre ile tekrar—daha derin bir algıyla, bugünkü benliğimin algısıyla—tanıştırdı. Bana YGA’yı en etkili tanımlayan söylem, Yunus Emre’nin şu sözü oldu: “İlim ilim bilmektir, ilim kendin bilmektir”
Bu anlatımda ilmi bilmeyi, en üst ilim olan yaradılışın ilmini idrak etmek olarak okuyorum. Yani kainatın matematiksel sistemini ve işleyişini anlayabilmek. Bilimin araştırdığı bilinmezi anlamak, Kybalion’un evrensel yasaları üzerine kurulu bu tekamül sistemini içten dışa idrak etmek. Yaradılış ilmini bilmenin tek ve en işlevsel yolunun ise insanın kendini deneyimlemesinden, keşfetmesinden ve bilmesinden geçtiğini düşünüyorum. Çünkü insan bu sistemin bir parçası ve bütün hakikati çekirdeğinde barındırıyor – ki bu doğrudan bireysel olarak deneyimleme imkanı olan tek gerçeklik.
Kendi doğamızı, makinamızı, işleyişimizi bilmeden evreni ve işleyişini anlamamız mümkün olmuyor. Bu dünyayı ancak kendi bedenimiz, algımız ve bilincimiz aracılığıyla deneyimleyebiliyoruz.
İyiliği İletmek: Geri Vermek
Bireysel potansiyelimizi keşfettiğimizde, sadece kendimizi değil, çevremizdeki dünyayı da dönüştürme gücünü açığa çıkarıyoruz. Bütüne hizmet etmeye başladığımızda ise yaşamımız çok daha derin bir anlam kazanıyor. “Ben”, yavaş yavaş “biz”e evriliyor.
Kendinden öte bütünün hayrına işlemenin tadını aldığında, bu bir kültür haline geliyor.
Yaşamın belirsizliğini en derin hissettiğimiz bu dönüşüm döneminde, birliğin—birlikteliğin—gücüne her zamankinden daha çok ihtiyaç duyuyoruz. Belirsizlik en zor, yalnızken taşınıyor. Ama birlikteyken bir yük olmaktan çıkıp bir keşif alanına, bir maceraya dönüşüyor.
YGA sadece gençleri değil, geleceği birlikte tasarlamayı seçen herkesi çağırıyor. Bilimi vicdanla, yetkinliği şefkatle, aklı birlik bilinciyle buluşturan bir çağrı bu.

Umudu desteklemeye, bilim seferberliğine katkı sunmaya, kimseyi arkada bırakmadan bir gelecek tasarlamaya davet ediyorum.
Çünkü geleceği şekillendirecek olan şey sadece teknolojiler ya da sermaye değil—birlikte neye hizmet etmeyi seçtiğimiz.
Bu sebeple hepimizi her gün kendimize şu soruyu sormaya davet ediyorum:
“Bu yaşamda kim olmak, kimlerle birlikte yol almak ve neye değer katmak istiyorum?”
“Bu nasıl bir ekosistem?”, “Bu kadar genci bir araya getiren şey ne?” diye merak ediyorsanız, YGA’yı daha yakından tanımak için burayabakabilirsiniz.
20 Aralık 2025 Cumartesi günü, YGA ve hayal ortakları, Zorlu Center’da ülkemizin dört bir yanından gelen 2.500 lise ve üniversite öğrencisini bir araya getirdi. Gönüllü olmaya gönüllü, pırıl pırıl gençlere ev sahipliği yapan bu buluşma, YGA’nın her yıl düzenlediği zirvenin bir kez daha ne denli güçlü bir çekim alanı yarattığını gösterdi.
Her yıl bu zirvenin ardından yaklaşık 50.000 genç, YGA’nın gönüllülük sistemine dahil olmak üzere başvuru yapıyor. Bu rakamlar yalnızca bir ilgiyi değil; topluma hizmet bilinciyle, vicdan ve sorumluluk duygusuyla yetişen yeni bir jenerasyonun yeşermekte olduğunu işaret ediyor.
Nurol Holding’in hayal ortağı olduğu YGA ekosisteminde, zirvede sahnede 2 kardeş olarak bulunmak bizler için unutulmaz ve anlamlı bir deneyimdi. Binlerce gençle aynı umudu paylaşmak, bu yazıyı yazmamın en güçlü ilhamı oldu.
YGA’nın hayat amacını daha derinden hissetme arzunuz varsa sizleri birlikteliğimizi izlemeye davet ediyorum;
İnsan olma yolculuğunun kolay olmadığını biliyorum. Ben de yaşıyorum bu süreci—tıpkı senin gibi. İnsan olmayı, “Eda”nın yolculuğu ile deneyimliyorum. Hepimiz gibi, ben de hamlıktan olgunluğa giden yoldayım.
Her yaşın beraberinde getirdiği yeni anlayışlar ve algılar eşliğinde yaşama, yaşamıma, yaşamlarımıza özenle bakmaya çalışıyorum.
Elbette kolay olmuyor. Yaşam bana da çarpıyor zaman zaman. Sarsılıyorum, sallanıyorum. Ama her düşüş, eninde sonunda içimde yepyeni bir farkındalık uyandırıyor.
Yaşam skalam genişledikçe, bir noktada sebep-sonuç bağlantılarını daha net okuyabilme imkânı ediniyorum.
Ve fakat, ne kadar özenli olsam da canım acıyor; içimdeki karanlıklarla yeniden yüzleşiyorum.
Kademe kademe, tekâmül yolculuğunda yoluma devam ediyorum — diye umuyorum.
Bazen uzun sürüyor bu döngüler. Sanki hiç bitmeyecekmiş gibi geliyor; içinde bulunduğum hâl daimi olarak böyle kalacakmış gibi.
Ama bugün biliyorum ki: hiçbir hâl kalıcı değil.
En derin acı da, en keyifli an da döngüsünü tamamlıyor. Hiçbir şey daim olmuyor. Yaşam hep akıyor.
Ve o sonsuzluk gibi görünen anlarda, değişime gösterdiğimiz direncin içinden geçerken biliyorum ki, biz de yaşam gibi akışa uyum sağlama kapasitesine sahibiz.
Değişim kaçınılmaz; fakat değişmemeyi seçen, çoğu zaman, sadece biziz.
Kendimizin de, ilişkilerimizin de, etkileşimlerimizin de, düşünce biçimlerimizin de gelişebileceğine inanmayı bir seçebilsek, cenneti yaratabiliriz dünyada.
Ama çoğunlukla, zihnimizin alıştığı perspektiften; yorum ve yargıdan karar veriyoruz.
Oysa seçim hep bizim.
Her yolun sonunda iki temel opsiyon var. Yaşamda vuku bulan her şey, bu iki yaklaşımın kuantumdaki sonsuz varyasyonlarından biri gibi olsa da, özünde beslendikleri enerji çok daha sade:
Biri sevgi ve gelişimden, diğeri korku ve dirençten doğuyor.
Birinci yol:
Daha yüksek bir bilinçten bakan, yaşamın sınavlarını okuyabilen, kendisinin daha iyi bir versiyonunu ortaya koymaya niyet eden, kalpten, kırılgan, dürüst ve sevgiyle ilişki kurabilen bir hâl.
Gelişimi kabul eden, düşse de erdemle kalkabilen, yaşamla yeniden bağ kurabilen bir hâl.
Bu yolda, evrenin ritmiyle hemhal olmak; özümüzü, yorumların ve yargıların ötesinde hissedebilmek var. Utopia’ya yaklaşmak var.
Deneme-yanılma yolculuğunda, mümkünse, yanıldığımız dersleri “an”layıp, aynı sınavlardan geçerken daha derin bir farkındalıkla ilerleyebilmek var.
İkinci yol ise:
Kaos ve distopya. Yaşamla çatışan, tetiklenmeye açık, suçlayıcı, isyankâr, pişman, küskün bir hâl.
Öfke, yargı, çelişki, keder; “keşke”ler ve “onun yüzünden”ler…
Kendini, sevgiyi ve ışığı inkâr eden bir kopuş, bir vazgeçmişlik hâli.
Ve işte, tam da bu noktada, önümüzde yine o iki seçenek var:
Yapıcı mı olacağız, yoksa yıkıcı mı? Anlamaya mı çalışacağız, yoksa yargılamayı mı seçeceğiz? Egomuzu mu savunacağız, yoksa olanı olduğu gibi görüp kalpten bir karşılık mı vereceğiz?
Sen de şimdi tam bu ayrımdasın, bir tane. Aynı benim gibi. Aynı herkes gibi.
Yaşamında bir şey oldu. Bir yüzleşme… Seni zorlayan, kabını genişletmeye zorlayan bir an yaşandı.
Şimdi sorum şu:
Ne yapacaksın?
Seni tetikleyene öfkeyle karşılık vermeyi bırakıp kendine dönecek misin? Yoksa yine parmağını yaşama mı çevireceksin? Kendinden, sevgiden, ışıktan saklanmayı mı seçeceksin?
Bazen yaşam bizden büyümemizi ister. Alıştığımız hikâyeye, defalarca anlattığımız o eski masala bugün yeni bir yerden bakmamızı talep eder.
Daha geniş bir bilinçle, daha derin bir erdemle.
Ve biz bu çağrıya kulak verdiğimizde, dönüşümü kucakladığımızda, işte o zaman yaşamla akışa geçmeye başlarız.
Dünyamızı ve yaşamı insan bedenimizle tecrübe edebildiğimizin bilinciyle, minnetle, tevazuyla ve kabulle geleni karşılamaya başlarız.
Çünkü biliriz ki, bu dünyada düalitenin gerçekliğinde yaşıyoruz; iyiyle kötüyü, tatlıyla acıyı, sevinçle hüznü ayırmadan, her geleni gelişimimiz için bir vesile olarak kabul etmekle yükümlüyüz.
İyiyi seçip kötüyü itmektense, her hâli bir bütünün parçası olduğunu hatırladığımız bir yolculuktayız.
Ve ancak o zaman, her nefesimizde büyük bir sorumlulukla hatırlarız ki,yaradılış -varoluşun kendisi- bizler aracılığıyla kendisini deneyimlenmektedir.
Bu, varlığımızın derinliklerine işlenmiş kutsal bir sorumluluktur.
Between Two Paths
I know that the journey of being human is not an easy one. I’m living it too—just like you. I am experiencing humanity through the path of “Eda.” Like all of us, I am on the journey from rawness to ripeness.
With each passing year, new understandings and perceptions emerge, and I try to look at life—my life, our lives—with care and intention.
Of course, it’s not always easy. Life crashes into me at times. I get shaken. I stumble. But with every fall, eventually, a brand-new awareness awakens within me.
As my emotional range and life scale expand, I find myself more able to read the links between cause and effect with more clarity.
And yet, no matter how carefully I tread, it still hurts. I find myself facing the shadows within me once again.
Step by step, I continue on this path of evolution—or so I hope.
Sometimes, these cycles last long. It can feel as if they will never end, as if this state will last forever.
But today, I know: no state is permanent.
The deepest sorrow, like the most joyful moment, eventually completes its cycle. Nothing is everlasting. Life always flows.
And in those moments that feel infinite, as we pass through our resistance to change, I know that we, too, have the capacity to flow—just like life itself.
Change is inevitable. Yet, the one who often resists change… is us.
If only we could choose to believe in the possibility that we—as well as our relationships, our interactions, and our ways of thinking—can evolve, we might just create heaven on Earth.
But most of the time, we make choices through the lens of what our minds are familiar with— through judgments and conditioned perspectives.
And yet, the choice is always ours.
At the end of every road, we stand between two essential options.
Everything that unfolds in life may appear as one of their infinite variations in the quantum field, yet at the core, they are nourished by two simple energies:
One is born of love and growth. The other, of fear and resistance.
The first path:
A path where we view life through a higher consciousness— where we are willing to read the lessons life offers us, where we intend to bring forth a better version of ourselves, where we relate from the heart, with vulnerability, honesty, and love.
This is a state that embraces growth, that can fall and rise again with dignity, that reconnects with life after being shaken.
On this path, there is harmony with the rhythm of the universe; there is a sense of our essence beyond all judgment and interpretation.
There is an approach toward Utopia.
In this journey of trial and error, there is—ideally—learning from our missteps and evolving as we move through similar tests again, but with deeper awareness.
The second path:
Chaos and dystopia. A state in conflict with life—easily triggered, quick to blame, rebellious, withdrawn.
A place of anger, contradiction, sorrow; of “what ifs” and “because of them”s…
A disconnection that denies the self, love, and light— a place of giving up.
And right here, once again, we find ourselves before the same two choices:
Will we be constructive or destructive? Will we seek to understand, or will we choose to judge? Will we protect our ego, or will we respond from the heart—seeing things just as they are?
You are standing at this very crossroads now, dear. Just like I am. Just like everyone is.
Something happened in your life. A moment of reckoning… A moment that challenged you, that stretched your capacity—your container.
So now, I ask you:
What will you choose to do?
Will you stop reacting in anger to what triggers you— and instead turn inward?
Or will you again point your finger at life? Will you choose to hide from yourself, from love, from the light?
Sometimes, life demands that we grow. It asks us to revisit that familiar story— the one we’ve told ourselves countless times— from a new angle, with a deeper wisdom, a broader consciousness.
And when we truly listen to this call, when we embrace transformation, that is when we begin to flow with life.
With the awareness that we are gifted this world and this life to experience through a human body, we begin to meet each moment with gratitude, humility, and acceptance.
We come to realize that we live within the realm of duality— where sweetness and sorrow, joy and pain, light and shadow all coexist.
And that each experience, no matter how it feels, arrives as a messenger of growth.
Beyond the urge to grasp the good and reject the bad, we are here to learn to honor each state as part of a greater whole.
And only then, with every breath, we remember:
Creation—existence itself—is experiencing life through us. This is a sacred responsibility, etched into the very fabric of our being.
A meaningful cycle is completing, along the shores of the Bosphorus.
Back in 2016, the foundations of my life began to shift. It was a time when I made space for my inner voice and stepped courageously into the unknown. In 2017, as a first-year social entrepreneur building Joint Idea in Arnavutköy, Markus lifted his eyes from his screen and said, “Tim Leberecht, the founder of the House of Beautiful Business, is inviting us to their first gathering in Barcelona. What do you think?”
Before I even grasped the full details, my body had already said yes. It was an inner pull, a calling I answered instinctively.
As people born into a world shaped by corporate structures, we launched Joint Idea with the hope of transforming the traditional perception of work into something more beautiful, inclusive, and whole — into a vision of “the work of our lives.” The idea that there were others around the world on a similar quest for meaning, and that we could collaborate with them, deeply excited me.
In March 2017, together with five fellow travelers from the Love Mafia, we helped plant the first seeds of this calling. Since then, we’ve taken part in nearly every gathering of the House of Beautiful Business — growing, deepening, and transforming together.
And now, a dream I’ve held close to my heart is coming true.

2018: The Art in AI –In this first House in Lisbon, Markus and I led a session exploring the wisdom of the world’s oldest game “tavla” (backgammon) and how it invites us to connect with one another through its ancient insights.
2019:The Battle for Beautiful Business – We attended and deepened our perception and understanding of this growing tribe.We then hosted a Chamber of Beautiful Business in Istanbul. In “The Bridge to Exponential Humanity” Ida Faldbakken, Ray Boyle, Canay Atalay, Mustafa Osman Turan, Ebru Köksal, Shermin Voshmgir, Christopher Guy Neville, Ceren Çerçiler, Gülay Özkan and Music Medicine joined us in exploring our next form of existence.
2020: The Great Wave– House of Beautiful Business gracefully and nimbly adapted its format to the constraints of the pandemic world, and the Great Wave was held online. It provided a much-needed remedy, allowing us to connect with each other and embrace what was unfolding in our humanity.We then hosted a Chamber of Beautiful Business in Istanbul titled “me. we. unity” with Sema Demirkan, Orkun Özocak, Özlem Özülker, Belçim Bilgin, Engin Ayaz, Weynand Kuijpers , Michael Healy from Unit, Richard Hsu, and Michael Sheldrick.
2021: Concrete Love

2023: The_Dream – The first House held in the magical town of Sintra, where graceful hosting and thoughtful curation elevated our experience. We rekindled our relationships and collaborations as we emerged from isolation.
Yine o özel dönemdeyiz — bir döngünün bitişinde yaşam yolculuğumuza dönüp bakıyor ve geleceğe dair tohumlarımızı ekiyoruz. Dünyamızda bu dönüşüm sürecinde yaşanan olaylara baktığımızda resmin pek de parlak gözükmediğini biliyorum. Ama hala yaşamdaysak, bu boyutta nefes almaya devam ediyorsak, herşeye rağmen bu doğumun ve yolculuğun hakkını vermeye devam etmemiz gerekiyor. Kontrolümüz dışında gelişen olaylara rağmen, yapabileceğimiz tek şey öz saygımızı koruyarak, yaşamı kucaklama ve ona karşılık verme biçimimize özenle yolculuğumuza devam etmek.
Yaşamı anlama yolculuğumda bana değer katan kaynaklardan biri olan Orkie’nin geçen günkü meditasyonunda da sözlendirdiği üzere; Dünya denen böylesine bir okula gelme gönüllülüğünü göstermiş olmak büyük bir cesaret! Aslında yaşadığımız boş vermişliğin ve kurban psikolojisinin temelinde bu gönüllülüğümüzü unutmuş olmamız yatıyor.
Yaşam yolculuğumda varoluşu anlamak adına son 10-15 yıldır odaklı olarak yaptığım araştırmalar, edindiğim deneyimler ve bunları anlamlandırma çabalarım sonucunda, iç sesimin onayladığı bazı olgular var. Bu olgular, bu okuldaki deneyimimi kendimin seçmiş olduğumu hatırlamamda bana yol arkadaşlığı yapıyor. Bu olguları artık sadece ezoterik ilimler değil, bilim de destekliyor. Kuantum fiziğinin algımızda açtığı yeni bir anlayışla, yaradılışın, tekamülümüzün ve evrenin matematiksel düzenini idrak etmeye başlıyoruz. Yola çıkmaya gönüllü olduğumuzda, evrensel yasaların varlığını kabul ediyor, yaşamı mümkün olduğunca bu yasaların bilinci ve sorumluluğu ile yaşamaya özen gösteriyoruz.
Bilinmezi araştırmaya niyet ettiğimizde kabul etmemiz gereken önemli bir gerçek daha var: Asla tam olarak bilemeyeceğiz. Zihnimizin cevap vermeyeceği nice hakikati hissedeceğiz. Bedenimizin bize “evet” diye seslendiği anları yaşayacak, sevgili İrem Orhon’un da ifade ettiği gibi “a-ha” dediğimiz anlarda idrakimizin derinleşmesini deneyimleyecek, içsel bir biliş ile hislerimizin hakikate yakın bir resmi bizlere sunduğuna güveneceğiz. Evet, haklısınız — yaşamın gerçekliğini her an olduğu gibi göremiyor, kendi yanılsamalarımızda kayboluyor, çoğu zaman yargılarımızla tepki veriyoruz.
Yaşamın döngüsü böyle: Tekâmül yolculuğumuzda inişleri ve çıkışları ile, üzüntüsü ve neşesi ile insan olmanın tüm tatlarını tadıyoruz. Yaşamın varlığımızı anlamamız için sunduğu dersler, sınavlar ve mükâfatlarla dolu yolculuklar serisinden geçiyoruz. Bu yolculukta olana verdiğimiz karşılığın kalibresi ve hangi frekansta titreşen bir histen ortaya çıktığı, kuantumdaki olasılıklardan birini her an – her saniye – aksiyonumuz ile harekete geçiriyor. Hakikatte vuku bulana kendi kalibremizle anlam veriyor, kimi zaman yargılıyor, kimi zaman onaylıyor ve algımızda oluşan resme karşılık veriyoruz. Kısıtlı yaşam algımızı ve öz bilişimizi geliştirdikçe ise yaşama verdiğimiz karşılığımızda daha seçici ve özenli olmaya özen göstermeye başlıyoruz.
“2024 nasıl geçti?” derseniz, evrensel yasaların farkındalığı ile yaşama karşılık vermeye ve bunları sözlendirmeye özen göstererek geçti diyebilirim. Hepimiz gibi insani yolculuğun her renginden ve tadından nasibimi alırken gözlemci konumunda kalmaya çalıştım. An’ın içinde kaybolduysam da, kendimi yakaladığım her anda iç gözleme ve bu deneyimin bana öğretmek istediklerine odaklanmaya özen gösterdim. Anda gördüğüm farkındalığın zamanla katmer katmer açılacağına ve derinleşeceğine dair inancımla, kendime tanıklık etmeye devam ettim.
2024’te Gene Keys’de derinleştikçe, daha da gönüllü olarak gölge yanlarımı yakaladığımı ve bunları alışkanlık halinden çıkarmaya özen gösterdiğimi fark ettim. Yaşamın mucizevi olduğunun derin bilişinde olmama rağmen, içimde belki de 50 yaşa girmiş olmanın getirdiği bir hüzün vardı — bir nevi anlam arayışı diyebiliriz buna. Belki isteyerek, belki de istemeyerek, bir nebze durakladığım bir yıl oldu. Hiçbir yere koşmadım. Yüreğim bu durağanlıktan yakınsa da, yarı gönüllü bir halde ruhumun ihtiyacına izin verdim. Kendimi, yaşamları, yaşamın işleyişini ve neden-sonuç ilişkilerini dikkatle gözlemledim. Bu süreçte, kalbimin nelere heyecanla çekildiğini, hangi eylemlerin yaşam enerjimi yükselttiğini ya da azalttığını keşfetme fırsatı buldum.
2025’e dair dilekten öte bir niyet bırakmak istiyorum, hepimiz için. Yaşam enerjimizin coşkuyla aktığı yollar ve işbirlikleri olsun yaşamımızda. Kalbimizin ve zihnimizin birlikte “evet” dediği işbirliklerine dahil olalım. Heyecanla ve inançla sarıldığımız, tutkuyla bağlandığımız amaçlarımız olsun. We’re in that special time again — at the end of a cycle, looking back at our life journey and planting seeds for the future. I know that when we look at the events happening in our world during this transformation process, the picture doesn’t look very bright. But if we’re still alive, if we’re still breathing in this dimension, we must continue to honor this birth and journey despite everything. Despite of the events developing beyond our control, the only thing we can do is continue our journey by maintaining our self-respect and by carefully embracing life and how we respond to it.
As expressed in a recent meditation by Orkie, one of the sources that adds value to my journey of understanding life: Voluntarily coming to such a school called Earth is a great courage! In fact, the foundation of our indifference and victim psychology lies in forgetting this voluntary nature.
Based on my focused research over the last 10-15 years to understand existence, there are certain facts that my inner voice confirms through my experiences and efforts to make sense of them. These facts serve as companions in reminding me that I have chosen my experience in this school. These facts are now supported not only by esoteric sciences but also by science. With a new understanding opened by quantum physics in our perception, we’re beginning to comprehend the mathematical order of creation, our evolution, and the universe.
When we intend to explore the unknown, there’s another important truth we must accept: We will never know completely. We will only be able to feel many truths that our minds cannot answer. We will experience moments of our body saying “yes”. As dear İrem Orhon expresses, we will experience the deepening of our comprehension in “aha” moments, trusting that our inner knowing is presenting us with a picture that is close to the truth.
This is life’s cycle: In our evolutionary journey, we taste all the flavors of being human with its ups and downs, sorrows and joys. We go through a series of journeys filled with lessons, tests, and rewards that life presents, for us to understand and comprehend our existence, step by step.
If you ask me “How was 2024?”. I can say it passed with awareness of universal laws and careful attention to responding to life and articulating these responses. Like everyone else, I tried to remain as an observer while tasting the colors of my human journey.
In 2024, as I deepened in Gene Keys, I noticed that I am more willingly starting to catch my shadow sides and paying an inner attention to to break them from being habitual responses to life. Despite having a deep understanding of life’s miraculous nature, there was a sadness inside me. As I have embraced 50, a newer search for meaning had been bubbling up within me. Whether intentionally or unintentionally, it was a year where I somewhat paused.
For 2025, I want to leave more than a wish; an intention for all of us. May we have paths and participate in collaborations where both our hearts and minds say “yes” and where our life energy flows enthusiastically. May we have purposes that we embrace with excitement and passion.
Joint Idea 8 yıl önce, yaşamakta olduğumuz sistemleri sorgulamamız neticesinde, bir hayali gerçeğe dönüştürmek ümidiyle hayata geçti. Ümidimiz, işbirliği kavramını yeni ve derin bir anlayışla ele alarak, kişisel çıkarların ötesinde bütüne hizmet etmek amacıyla bir araya gelen zihinlerin ve kalplerin nasıl daha işlevsel çalışabileceğini araştırdığımız bir deneyim alanı yaratmaktı. Cesur adımlarımızla bu yolculuğa başladık.
Attığımız her adımda, fayda odaklı bir etki yaratmayı hedefledik. Kapılarımızı ve kalplerimizi, bütüne hizmet yolunda gönülden işleyen ruhlara, kuruluşlara ve kurumlara açtık.
Co-working (ortak çalışma) kavramı henüz kolektif gündemde yer almıyorken, Arnavutköy’deki ilk ofisimizde işveren-çalışan anlayışının ötesine geçerek, bireysel şirketlerin konu bazlı işbirliği yapmalarını sağlama hedefiyle yola çıktık.
Ekosistemimizde, iş yaşamı algısında gerekli gördüğümüz değişimin tohumlarını atma amacıyla, disiplinler arası bir yaklaşım benimsedik. Yaratıcılığın her anlamda var olması umuduyla, galerimizde ülkemizin yeni ve umut vaat eden sanatçılarına kucak açtık, jam session’larla ses frekansının iyileştirici gücünü ve birlikte yaratılan ahengin büyüsünü deneyimledik.
Birlikten doğacak güce olan inancımızla, ekosistemimizle olan bağlarımızı derinleştirmeye ve kalpten iletişim kurmaya özen gösterdik. Kanyon Joint Idea ile hikayemizi zenginleştirme fırsatı bulduk ve yenilikçi mekânımızda misafir ettiğimiz kurum ve organizasyonları özenle seçtik. Kendi küçük yaşamlarımızda “Kahramanın Yolculuğu”na çıktık ve çağrımızı duyan ruhlarla yollarımız kesişmeye başladı. Zaman içinde Love Mafia adını verdiğimiz konuşmacılarımız, hatırlatıcılarımız ve eğitmenlerimizle birlikte, değişim ve dönüşüme inananlara ulaşmak ve yaşamın bilinmezliğinde yeni araçlar edinmelerine vesile olmak amacıyla Life Works Labs platformumuzu yarattık. Kurumlarda “soft skill” olarak görülen içerikleri mihenk taşı yaparak, dönüşümsel ve deneyimsel yolculuklar tasarlamaya başladık.
Life Works Labs adını verdiğimiz bu yolculukları, bizi diğer varlıklardan ve makinelerden ayıran – 3C olarak nitelendirdiğimiz – üç ana özelliğimiz üzerine kurguladık: Bilinç (Consciousness), Bağlanırlık (Connectivity) ve Yaratıcılık (Creativity). Bu üç temel üzerine geliştirdiğimiz ve güncellediğimiz içeriklerle onlarca kuruma ve binlerce insana dokunarak, onların daha yüksek bir bilinçten işlemelerine vesile olacağına inandığımız tohumları dikme fırsatı bulduk.
Bugün, bu 8 yıllık yolculuğumuza dönüp baktığımızda, başlangıçtaki vizyonumuzun ne kadar derinleşip genişlediğini ve mesajımızın hala ne kadar hayati ve acil olduğunu görüyoruz. Biliyoruz ki bütüne gerçekten katkı sağlayabilmek için önce kendi uyanış yolculuğumuzu gerçekleştirmeliyiz. Bu nedenle, hem kişisel yaşamlarımızda hem de hizmet verdiğimiz kurumlarla paylaştığımız mesajlarda bilinci en ön planda tutuyoruz.
İnsan Algortiması
Bu süreçte, bilinmezliğin içinde ilerlerken Love Mafia olarak birbirimizin inancından, dostluğundan ve emeğinden güç aldık. Hiçbir zaman bir “speaker agency” olma amacı gütmedik; bize iyi gelenlerin başkalarına da iyi gelmesi umuduyla yoldaşlarımızın araçlarını ve seslerini duyurmayı seçtik. Bağlanırlık bizim için çok değerliydi; bireysel gelişimine göstermekte olduğu özene tanıklık ettiğimiz dostlarımıza alan açmayı tercih ettik. Çekim yasasının büyüsü ile bizler maskelerimizden, yanılsamalarımızdan ve önyargılarımızdan arındıkça, doğru insanların yaşamımıza dahil olduğunu deneyimledik.
İnsan algoritmasının gücüne inancımızla yarattığımız bağların, dahil olduğumuz birçok topluluğun yaratıcı bir şekilde filizlenmesine vesile olduğunu gözlemledik. Dünya çapında fayda odaklı birçok topluluğun yaratımına ve kuruluşuna destek verdik, inançlı bir paydaş olarak katkı sağlamak için emek verdik. Günün birinde bu emeklerin ve niyetlerin yeşereceğine ve hepimiz için hasat vaktinin geleceğine olan inancımızla, bilinmezliğe ve zorluklara rağmen yolumuzdan vazgeçmedik.
Ve bugün, minik minik hasatlarımızı toplamaya başladığımız bir döneme tanıklık ediyoruz. İlk günden itibaren en derinden inandığımız işbirliği kavramının, ancak Life Works Labs’in 3C’sini sabırla yaşama geçirdikten sonra mümkün olduğunu deneyimliyoruz. Kalpten kurulmuş bağlarla yaratmaya geçtiğimizde, mucizevi deneyimlere, derin dostluklara ve anlamlı işbirliklerine vesile olabileceğimizi biliyoruz. Her bir adımda, kalpten bağlarla oluşturduğumuz bu toplulukların gücünü hissediyor ve bu bağların bizi daha derin bir birlikteliğe taşıdığına tanıklık ediyoruz.
Joint Idea, Love Mafia ve Life Works Labs, bu süreçte yarattığımız dönüşümsel yolculuğun temel taşları oldu; işbirliği ve yaratıcılıkla örülen bu alanlar, Konuşu gibi yeni projelere ilham vererek geleceğin dünyasında birlikte yaşama arzumuzu derinleştirdi.
Yeni Başlangıçlar ve KonuŞu’nun Dönüşümü
Altı yıl önce, dupduru üslubu ve içtenliği ile sevgili Ceren Zeytinoğlu kapımızı çaldığında, Konuşu ismini verdiği, geleceği anlamak ve anlamlandırmak amacıyla kurduğu sosyal girişimi ile bir etkinlik serisi yapmak isteğini paylaştı ve bizde heyecanla yuvamızın kapılarını fikrine açtık. Joint Idea çatısı altında başlayan Konuşu, Türkiye’de anlamlı ve derin sosyal içerikli sohbetler için bir platform oluşturma ihtiyacından doğdu. Ceren ile birlikte ‘Topluluk Oluşturma’ teması altında alan tuttuğumuz son etkinlikte ise Ceren, ülkemizde benzer platformların artması nedeniyle Konuşu’nun İstanbul’daki buluşmalarını sonlandırma kararı aldığını ve yeni bir formata açık olduğunu belirtti. Bu niyet kısa sürede bir fırsatla karşılık buldu; Büşra ve Orçun, sevgiyle yarattıkları Kargıcak Bay’de bir ritüel olarak Konuşu’nun bir sonraki bölümüne ev sahipliği yapmayı içtenlikle teklif ettiler.
Yıllara sair özenle işlenmiş insan algoritmamızın gücüyle, 23-25 Ağustos tarihlerinde Kargıcak Bay’de Konuşu’nun bir sonraki versiyonunu hayata geçirme cesaretini gösterdik. Bu yeni yolculuğa çıkarken, dahil olduğumuz diğer ekosistemlerimizden edindiğimiz fayda odaklı deneyimlerden ilham aldık. Love Mafia’nın yanı sıra sosyal odaklı bir topluluk olarak ortaya çıkan Holist’te de birlikte çalıştığımız sevgili Didem Yeşilova ve Özge Yeniocak, Foundays’in kurucuları olarak hayalimize katıldılar.
Amacımız, hızlı teknolojik değişimlerle dolu bu dünyada gençlerin nasıl kendilerini güncel tutabileceklerini, hem kazanç sağlayıp hem de topluma değer katabilecek projeler geliştirebileceklerini keşfetmelerine yardımcı olacak bir içsel ve entellektüel yolculuk tasarlamaktı. Geleceğin liderleri olabilecek gençleri bu deneyimsel yolculuğa davet etmek üzere çağrıda bulunmaya karar verdik. Bu süreçte, Enquire AI’nin kurucusu Cenk Sidar, kendi yaşamındaki dönüşüm yaratan deneyimlerinin de ışığında, katılacak gençleri sponsorların desteği ile seçmemiz ve davet etmemiz konusunda bize ilham vererek bir katalizör oldu.
Her aşaması özenle işlenmiş bu buluşma, insan algoritmasının büyüsüyle şekillendi. Katılımcılarımız, Bir Adım Var Vakfı, Türkiye Girişimcilik Vakfı, ve Başlangıç Noktası ekosistemlerinin duyuru desteği ile özenle seçildi. Geleceğimize yatırımı değer olarak gören kıymetli sponsorlarımız Nurol Holding, Bir Adım Var Vakfı, Enquire AI, ve Podbee sayesinde, mesajımızı ve niyetimizi bu gençlere ulaştırabilme imkanı edindik. Konuşmacılarımız ve rehberlerimiz, bu üç günlük birliktelikte disiplinler arası bir uyum yaratma umuduyla, en derin insani bilgimiz olan insan algortimamız ve içgüdülerimizle seçildi. Ve bu üç günlük yolculukta, Foundays’in ve Tart Social’ın değerli katkıları ve Kargıcak Bey’in misafirperverliğiyle, gençlere ilham veren ve geleceğe dair güven aşılayan bir deneyimi yaşama geçirdik.
Birlikte Yaratmak: Tohum, Filiz, Hasat
Üç gün süren bu birlikteliği Tohum, Filiz ve Hasat temaları üzerine inşa ettik. İlk gün, Tohum temasının altında, Ceren’le birlikte açılış çemberini oluşturmak benim için büyük bir heyecan ve keyifti. Çemberde, her bir katılımcı yaşamlarını bugüne getiren hikayelerini ve içsel yolculuklarını paylaşarak aramızdaki bağları güçlendirdi. Ardından, benim rehberliğimde, evrensel yasaların dünyayı anlamlandırmamıza ve yaşam akışımızı kolaylaştırmamıza nasıl yardımcı olabileceği üzerine yapılan bir paylaşımla oturumlarımız başladı. Sonrasında,Ayşem Gündüz’ün yönlendirmesiyle ellerimizi toprağa daldırdık, tohumlarımızı ektik ve toprağın bize sunduğu derin bağın sadece fiziksel değil, aynı zamanda ruhsal bir bağlantı olduğunu yeniden keşfettik.
İkinci gün, ektiğimiz tohumların filizlenmesi ümidiyle başladı.Büşra Can’ın rehberliğinde bedenlerimiz ve ruhlarımız uyandı; yogadan ilişkilere, hikayelerimizi anlatmanın gücünden iş dünyasına dair farklı perspektifler sunan konuşmalarla dolu bir gün geçirdik. Senem Zeytinoğlu Saydam’ın ilişkilerin dönüştürücü gücü üzerine sunduğu içgörüler, Şevval Balkan’ın cesaret ve bireysel hikayelerimizin gücü hakkındaki ilham verici anlatımı, ve Cenk Sidar’ın iş dünyasında insan ve teknoloji bileşimi üzerine yaptığı konuşma, hepimize yeni ve derin bakış açıları kazandırdı.
Üçüncü gün ise, Hasat temasıyla, edindiğimiz farkındalıkları derinleştirme ve hayatlarımıza uygulama üzerine odaklandık. Ceren Zeytinoğlu’nun fayda odaklı çalışmanın anlamı ve önemi üzerine yaptığı konuşma, topluluk ruhumuzu daha da pekiştirdi. Gün batımında yapılan veda, üç gün boyunca yaratılan derin dostlukların ve birlikteliğin sıcaklığını hissettiğimiz, unutulmaz bir kapanış anı oldu.
Bu yolculuğu anlamlı ve unutulmaz kılan, her biri birbirinden kıymetli katılımcılarımıza gönülden teşekkür etmek isterim.

Our Origins
Eight years ago, Joint Idea emerged from our determination to transform a dream into reality by challenging the very systems we found ourselves within. We envisioned creating a space for experimentation, a place where minds and hearts, brought together by a shared commitment to serve something greater than personal gain, could find new ways to work in harmony. With this vision, we set out on our journey with courage and conviction.
At every step, our focus was on creating an impact rooted in purpose. We opened our doors and our hearts to individuals, organizations, and institutions genuinely committed to serving the greater good. Long before co-working was a buzzword, in our first office in Arnavutköy, we set out with a vision to foster project-based collaboration among companies, moving beyond the conventional employer-employee dynamic. We embraced a multidisciplinary approach to plant the seeds of the change we felt was needed in how work life was perceived. Driven by the desire to cultivate creativity in all its forms, we welcomed emerging and promising artists from our country into our gallery, where we experienced the healing vibrations of sound frequencies and the magical harmony born from creating together in jam sessions.
Believing in the power of unity, we turned our attention to strengthening the connections within our ecosystem and nurturing genuine communication. Through Kanyon Joint Idea, we found a chance to enrich our narrative, thoughtfully curating the institutions and organizations we welcomed into our innovative space. As we ventured on our own “Hero’s Journey,” we soon found ourselves crossing paths with those who felt our call. This led to the creation of Life Works Labs, a platform born in collaboration with our speakers, guides, and educators—the Love Mafia—to reach out to those who believe in change and transformation, equipping them with new tools to navigate the uncertainties of life. We took what some might call “soft skills” and made them our foundation, crafting transformative and experiential journeys that offered meaningful support to institutions seeking a new way forward.
We designed these journeys under the banner of Life Works Labs, anchored by three core principles that set us apart from other entities and machines — the 3Cs: Consciousness, Connectivity, and Creativity. With content crafted and continuously refined around these pillars, we seized the opportunity to sow seeds that would empower countless institutions and thousands of individuals to operate from a heightened state of awareness.
Today, as we reflect on this 8-year journey, we see how profoundly our original vision has deepened and expanded, and how our message remains as vital and urgent as ever. We recognize that to truly contribute to the greater whole, we must first undertake our own journeys of awakening. This is why we place consciousness at the forefront—both in our personal lives and in the messages we share with the institutions we serve.
The Human Algorithm
On this journey into the unknown, as Love Mafia, we have drawn strength from the faith, friendship, and efforts of one another. Our aim was never to be merely a “speaker agency”; instead, we sought to amplify the voices and tools of our companions, believing that what has benefited us could also serve others. For us, connectivity has been invaluable; we chose to make room for those whose dedication to personal growth we have witnessed. Through the magic of attraction, as we stripped away our masks, illusions, perceptions, and prejudices, we found that the right people naturally came into our lives.
Believing in the power of the human algorithm, we witnessed how the connections we fostered allowed the communities we were part of to blossom creatively. We actively supported and contributed to the creation and growth of many purpose-driven communities worldwide, working as devoted partners. Driven by the conviction that these efforts and intentions would one day bear fruit and that a time of harvest would come for us all, we pressed on with our journey, undeterred by uncertainty and challenges.
Today, we find ourselves at the dawn of a period where we are beginning to reap the first fruits of our efforts. From the very start, we have learned that the collaboration we so deeply believe in becomes possible only through the patient practice of the 3Cs of Life Works Labs. We know that when we create from a place of heartfelt connection, we can cultivate miraculous experiences, forge deep friendships, and inspire meaningful collaborations. With every step, we feel the strength of these communities built on genuine bonds, and we see how these connections bring us closer to a deeper sense of unity.
Joint Idea, Love Mafia, and Life Works Labs have been the cornerstones of this transformative journey we have embarked on; these spaces, woven with collaboration and creativity, have sparked new initiatives like Konuşu, further strengthening our commitment to living together in the world of the future.
New Beginnings and the Transformation of Konuşu
Six years ago, our dear Ceren Zeytinoğlu, with her genuine and clear approach, came to us with a vision. She expressed her desire to launch a series of events through a social initiative called Konuşu, dedicated to understanding and interpreting the future. We warmly welcomed this idea, eager to support her. Konuşu was born under the roof of Joint Idea, arising from the need for a platform in Turkey that could host meaningful and profound social conversations. At our last event, centered around the theme of “Community Building,” Ceren announced her decision to conclude the Istanbul-based gatherings of KonuŞu, acknowledging the growing number of similar platforms in our country, while also expressing her openness to evolving into a new format. This intention was soon met with an opportunity; Büşra and Orçun graciously offered to host the next chapter of Konuşu in their lovingly created Kargıcak Bay as a retreat.
Empowered by the human connections we have carefully nurtured over the years, we found the courage to bring the next iteration of Konuşu to life at Kargıcak Bay from August 23-25. As we set out on this new journey, we drew from the purpose-driven experiences we had cultivated in other ecosystems we were part of. In this endeavor, we were joined by our dear friends Didem Yeşilova and Özge Yeniocak, the founders of Foundays, who had collaborated with us through Holist, another community dedicated to social impact.
Our goal was to create a journey of inner growth and intellectual exploration, guiding young people in finding ways to stay current in a world of rapid technological change, while also developing projects that generate both income and social value. We decided to reach out to the young leaders of the future, inviting them to take part in this experiential journey. During this process, Cenk Sidar, the founder of Enquire AI, became a catalyst for us, inspiring us — through his own transformative life experiences — to select and invite young participants with the support of sponsors.
Every detail of this gathering was crafted by the magic of the human algorithm. Our participants were thoughtfully selected with the support of the Bir Adım Var Foundation, the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, and the Başlangıç Noktası ecosystems. With the support of our valuable sponsors who see investing in our future as a true asset — Nurol Holding, Bir Adım Var Foundation, Enquire AI, and Podbee — we were able to reach these young minds with our message and intentions. Our speakers and guides were carefully chosen, guided by our deepest human wisdom — our intuition and human algorithm — to create a sense of interdisciplinary harmony throughout the three-day event. Thanks to the invaluable contributions of Foundays and Tart Social, and the warm hospitality of Kargıcak Bay, we brought to life an inspiring experience that instilled confidence in these young people for the future.
Creating Together: Seed, Sprout, Harvest
We centered this three-day gathering around the themes of Seed, Sprout, and Harvest. On the first day, under the theme of Seed, opening the circle with Ceren was a moment of immense excitement and joy for me. In that circle, each participant shared their stories and personal journeys that had brought them to this point, deepening the connections between us. Guided by me, we began our sessions by exploring how universal laws can help us understand the world and navigate life’s flow with greater ease. Later, under the guidance of Ayşem Gündüz, we got our hands into the soil, planted our seeds, and rediscovered that our connection with the earth is not merely physical, but profoundly spiritual as well.
The second day began with the hope that the seeds we had planted would begin to sprout. Under the guidance of Büşra Can, our bodies and spirits came alive; it was a day filled with yoga, explorations of relationships, the art of storytelling, and diverse perspectives on the business world. Senem Zeytinoğlu Saydam offered profound insights into the transformative power of relationships, Şevval Balkan inspired us with her talk on the importance of courage and the impact of individual stories, and Cenk Sidar shared his views on the integration of human skills and technology in business, giving us all fresh and meaningful perspectives.
On the third day, under the Harvest theme, we focused on deepening the awareness we had cultivated and finding ways to apply it to our lives. Ceren Zeytinoğlu spoke about the meaning and significance of purpose-driven work, further reinforcing our sense of community. Our farewell at sunset was an unforgettable closing moment, filled with the warmth of the deep friendships and unity we had nurtured over these three days.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of our cherished participants who made this journey so meaningful and unforgettable. 50’li yaşlara girmek kolay değilmiş. Yaşam, bir deneyim okulu ve ben de insan olmayı, yaş almayı ve tüm bu yolculuğu adım adım anlamlandırmayı deneyimle öğreniyorum . Bir döngünün, ilk 50 yılın bitişi diye bakmak yerine, erdemli yıllarımızın başlangıcı diye bakmaya çalıştığım bir 6 ayın ardından, bugün 50’sinden gün almakta olan Eda olarak yazıyorum bu satırları.
Benim bu gerçeklikte kutlamaya değer gördüğüm tek gün, bir ruhun bu insani deneyim yolcuğuna gelme anlaşmasını onurlandırdığı ve yaşama doğduğu günün döngüsü. Yeni yıl dahil olmak üzere, kul yapımı tüm günleri sorgulamaya açık olmakla beraber, doğum günlerinin kutsal olduğuna ve anılması gerektiğine inanıyorum. Düalite dünyasının gerçekliklerinden nasibini alacağını bilerek dünya denen bu gezegendeki yaşama doğmayı kabul etmiş her ruhun, bu tercihini gerçekleştirdiği günde anılması gerektiğine inanıyorum. Bu yüzden, doğum döngülerine büyük değer veriyorum.
40’larıma girerken içimde yankılanan mesaj “It’s never too late to become what you might have been” idi. “Asla olmak üzere geldiğin insan olman için geç değildir.” İçimde sözlenmemişlerle adım attığım 40. doğum günümde ümidim potansiyelimi kapasiteye çevirmek, bedenlendiğim bu hikayenin – Eda’nın yolculuğunun – hakkını verebilmekti. Bu inanca sarılarak yeni yaşımı karşıladığım o günden sonra, şükürler olsun ki, olmak istediğim insanı özgürce yaşama sunabilmek için cesur adımlar atmaya başladım. Joint Idea, Life Works Labs ve Love Mafia ile içimdeki bitmek tükenmek bilmeyen Utopia’ya olan inancımı dile getirme ve yolumu bütüne hizmet edebilecek şekilde çizebilme imkanı edindim. İnanmakta olduğum gerçeklik için emek verirken, Türkiye’de ve dünya çapında büyük bir ailenin, hizmet odaklı bir ekosistemin, bir parçası olduğumu deneyimledim.
40’ların büyüsünde ve yıllara sair izlemekte olduğum 50. yaş günlerinin izdüşümünde kendi 50. yaş kutlamamı planlamaya başladım. 50 yaşındaki Eda çok farklı evrelerden geçmiş ve çok farklı Eda’lara ev sahipliği yapmıştı. Bende, bu farklı evrelerde bana eşlik eden ve benimle anlaşmasını onurlandıran ruhlarla bir arada olmayı, her bir evreyi elimden geldiğince onurlandırmayı ve anmayı istedim. Bunca sene Eda’yı katman katman keşfederken, hayat bana birçok renkli dost ve yol arkadaşı sunmuştu. Bu sebeple bende, sevdiklerimle birlikte adım adım kutlamalar yapma kararı ile yola çıktım. Bu yaklaşım belki çok da mantıklı değildi, ama gönlüm, yaşamı birlikte anlamlandırdığım yol arkadaşlarımla bu döngüyü onurlandırmak istedi.
Tüm bu organizasyon ve planlama içindeyken, 50’ye yaklaştıkça içsel bir dalgalanma ve derin bir sorgulama ile yüz yüze geldim. Cevabına yaklaştığımı umduğum o en derin varoluşsal sorular tekrar gün yüzüne çıkmıştı. Büyüme evresinden, kaçınılmaz bir hakikat olan çürüme ve bu boyuta veda etme evresine geçerken, “Acaba bu yaşamın hakkını verebildim mi?” diye sorarken buldum kendimi.
Kızımla çıktığım bir seyahatteyken, bir gece, ansızın gözlerimi “nefes alamıyorum, yutkunamıyorum” diye açtım. Doktor kontrolünden sonra, doktorun “Fiziksel bir sorununuz görünmüyor, belki bir psikoloğa görünmelisiniz?” demesiyle rahatça yutkunmaya başlayabildim yeniden. İşte o noktada kabul etmek zorunda kaldım. 35 yaşında yaşamın belirsizliği karşısında yaşamış olduğum panik atak bir kez daha ortaya çıkmış, bana insani yolculukta olan bir ruh olduğumu anımsatmaktaydı.
Ne kadar günlük egzersizlerimize özen gösteriyorsak olsak da; kendimizle, hikayelerimizle ve tercihlerimizle yüzleşme cesaretini gösteriyor olsakta, eninde sonunda bir bedendeyiz ve asla unutmamalıyız ki hala bir insanız. İnsan deneyiminin tüm renklerini yaşamaktan kaçamayız. Ancak, kaçamazsak bile, olan durumlarla karşılaştığımızda, durumu görebilme, anlamlandırma, teşekkür edebilme ve bırakabilme yeteneklerimizi geliştirebiliriz. Ve böylece, o insani deneyim anı geldiğinde bir nebze daha hazırlıklı ve donanımlı olabiliriz.
İşte, 50 yaşının eşiğinde, 15 yıl sonra bir kez daha panik atak geçirmekte olan Eda, yaşadığı duyguları kendisinin yarattığının farkında ve kabulünde olarak, insanlık deneyimine katkıda bulunması umuduyla edindiği araçları devreye soktu ve tutunmakta olduğu hissi o anda bırakabildi. Yutkunmasını engelleyen zihinsel bariyerine tutunmayı bıraktı.
Hala içimdeki karanlıklara, sorgulayan zihnime ve kodlanmış taraflarıma bakmaya devam ediyorum. Bu bedendeki yaşamımın hakkını verebilmeyi, potansiyelimi yaşama geçirebilmeyi, kıymetli izler bırakabilmeyi derinden arzulamaya devam ederek yönümü tekrar gözden geçiriyorum. Kendime 50 yaşında bir kez daha “neye ve nasıl değer katmak istediğimi” sorma cesaretini gösterebiliyorum ya, hamdolsun.
Bu özel döngümün kutlamaları ise hayallerimin de ötesinde büyülü geçti. Her bir kutlama, içimdeki farklı bir katmanı uyandırdı ve Eda’yı katman katman onurlandırmama vesile oldu. Bu çemberlere dahil olan tüm kalplere minnettarım. Yakın zamanda değerli Mevlana’nın bir sözüne rastladım;
“Aynalar çeşitlidir. Yüzünü görmek isteyen cama bakar. Özünü görmek isteyen cana bakar.”
Bana özümü göstermek için gözlerimin içine bakan siz sevgili canlar; sizin özünüzü görüyor olmak ve insanlık yolculuğunu sizlerle anlamladırıyor olmak benim için büyük bir onur. Yaşam yolculuğumda, yolumun kesiştiği her bir can – tatlısı ve acısı ile benim yoldaşım, candaşım, öğretmenlerimsiniz…
Bir aylık kutlama döngüsünün son noktasında, çocukluk yaşlarımdan beri bana eşlik eden ve kutlama gecesi için beyazlara bürünmüş olan dostlarımın eşliğinde, Çamlıhemşin’deki Puli’de, Ferzan Özpetek filmlerinde rastladığımız tatta hazırlanmış bu eşsiz mekanda, arka planda çınlamakta olan derenin sesi eşliğinde, benim içimde coşan hislere tanıklık ettiğim o “kutsal” anı heybeme koydum, yoluma devam ediyorum. Altı aylık bir hazırlık, dalgalanma, sorgulama ve kutlama sürecinin sonunda, o kısacık anda, içimde çağlayan minnet duygusuna tanık oldum. Aylar önce uyanan sorularımın ve sorgulamalarımın cevapları adeta içimde uyanmıştı ve ruhum bu cevapları bir duygu dalgası olarak algılıyor ve tadıyordu. Haftalar süren kutlamalar ve çevremi saran ruhları içimde hissettiğim o anda hayatımda ilk kez kendime “İyi ki doğmuşsun Eda!” dedim.
Hayatımda ilk defa bu sözler içimde uyanırken, “iyi ki”lerimi hep dışarıda bulduğumu fark ediyorum. Bu yaşama Eda olarak doğmuş olmanın kıymetini her zaman hissettim, yaşama her daim şükranla yaklaştım. Ancak, ilk defa, bir ay boyunca süren kutlamaların ışığında kendime tarafsız bakabilme imkanı edindiğimi hissediyorum. Belki de ilk defa, beni çevreleyen gözlere, yarattığım enerjiye, tutmaya niyet ettiğim alana ve bu alanın etkisine bilinçli bir şekilde, gözlemci olarak tanıklık etme şansı edindim. Ve ilk defa, deneyimlemekte olduğum bu hikayeyi yaratan Eda’ya sessizce “İyi ki doğmuşsun” diye seslenebildim.
Tüm bu dalgalanmaları yaşarken ve 50’li yaşlarımın eşiğindeyken, içimde yükselen yeni niyetime baktığımda karşıma çıkan ilk kelime ise “Parla” oldu. Önümüzdeki 10 yıllık döngüme, yaşamımda biriktirdiğim deneyimlerin bilgeliği ile birlikte parlamayı ümit ederek giriyorum. Doğduğum hikayenin ve toprakların güzelliğinin farkındalığı ile, tüm varlığım ile, parladığım ve parlatmaya vesile olduğum yıllarıma girmiş olmaya niyet ediyorum.
Ve sevgili yaşam … bana sunduğun tüm güzellikler için, bu yaşıma kadar yaşam yolculuğunun tatlarını yaşama imkanı edindiğim için sana minnetlerimi sunuyorum.

English Version – Shine!
Turning 50 can be challenging. Life is a school of experiences, and I’m learning what is to be human, to age, and make sense of this human journey step by step. Rather than perceiving 50 as the end of an era, I have spent the last six months viewing it as the beginning of our virtuous years. Today, I write these words as Eda, who is now over 50.
The only day I truly celebrate is the one marking the birth of a spirit into this world. I firmly believe that every soul who agrees to be born on this planet we call earth, understanding it will face the dualities of life, should be honored on the day they have made this sacred decision. Therefore, I hold birthdays in high regard.
As I entered my 40s, I was influenced by the saying “It’s never too late to become what you might have been.” On my 40th birthday, my unspoken goal was to convert my potential into tangible capacity and honor the life story I was born into. From then on, life presented opportunities for me to bravely manifest the person I aspired to be.
Through platforms like Joint Idea, Life Works Labs, and Love Mafia, I was able to express my unwavering faith in humanity and carve a path dedicated to service. In the process of working towards this idealistic vision, I realized that I am part of a large, service-oriented ecosystem, both in Turkey and globally.
Inspired by the 50th birthdays I’ve attended, I decided to plan my own 50th celebration. I’ve navigated various stages of life and embodied different versions of myself. Consequently, I felt the need to honor the experiences that shaped me. I wanted to commemorate each life phase and the roles they played. As I learned more about myself over the years, life introduced me to many amazing friends. Therefore, I decided to celebrate each step of this journey with those loved ones. While this approach might not be entirely logical, my heart yearned to honor this journey alongside the friends who have journeyed with me.
During all this organization and planning, as I approached 50, I started to experience an inner fluctuation and deep questioning. Those deepest existential questions have surfaced once again. As I transition from the growth phase to the inevitable path of decay, I found myself asking, “Have I given my all to this life?”
One night, while I was on a trip with my daughter, I suddenly opened my eyes, saying “I can’t breathe, I can’t swallow.” After the doctor’s examination, I was able to swallow comfortably once again once the doctor said, “I don’t see any physical problem, maybe you should see a psychologist?” At that point, I had to admit. The panic attack I have once experienced at the age of 35 had resurfaced, reminding me, once again, that I was a spirit on a human journey.
No matter how diligent we are with our daily exercises; no matter how courageous we are to confront ourselves, our stories, and our choices, we are ultimately in a body. We must remember that we are human, confined to a body and subject to all the complexities of human experience. Although we cannot escape the dualities of life, we can enhance our abilities to perceive, understand, appreciate, and release when we encounter such situations. This way, when moments of intense human experience arise, we can respond rather than react, be better prepared and equipped.
On the cusp of 50 and experiencing a panic attack for the first time in 15 years, I tapped into the tools I have gathered throughout my life. I recognized and accepted that the emotions overwhelming me were my own creations, my illusions. Only then I was able to release the feelings I clung to in that moment, dissolving the mental barrier that had prevented me from swallowing.
I continue to explore the depths of my own darkness, my questioning mind, and my coded patterns.Driven by a deep desire to honor the life within this small body and leave a lasting mark, I am reevaluating my path. Ultimately, I am grateful for the courage to repeatedly ask myself, “What and how do I want to contribute to life?”
The celebrations of this special cycle exceeded my expectations. Each celebration ignited a different aspect within me, allowing me to honor Eda in various ways. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who participated in these circles. Recently, I came across a quote by the esteemed Mevlana.
“Mirrors are varied. Those who want to see their faces look at the glass (mirror). Those who want to see their essence look at the other’s soul.”
Dear souls looking into my eyes to reveal me my essence; seeing your essence and making sense of this human journey with you is a great honor of mine. In my life journey, every soul that crosses my path, with their sweetness and bitterness, becomes my companion, my confidant, my teacher…
After a month-long cycle of celebrations, I found myself in the company of my childhood friends who had joined me for my celebration, all of us dressed in white. We were at Puli in Çamlıhemşin, a unique place reminiscent of the settings in Ferzan Özpetek’s movies, with the sound of a nearby stream in the background. This “sacred” moment, filled with overwhelming emotions, was something I decided to cherish and take with me on my future journey. At this brief moment at the end of a six-month period of preparation, introspection, and celebration, I felt a wave of gratitude wash over me. The questions and uncertainties that emerged months before were now finding answers within me. My soul was experiencing these answers as an emotional wave. After weeks of celebrations and basking in the loving energy of those around me, I finally said to myself, “Happy Birthday, Eda!”
For the first time in my life, as these words awakened inside of me, I realize that my “thank goodness” moments have always been externally focused. I have always appreciated being born into this life as Eda and have always approached life with gratitude. However, during these month-long celebrations, I’ve had the chance to observe myself impartially for the first time. Maybe for the first time, I have had the chance to consciously witness the eyes that surround me, the energy I radiate, the space I intend to hold, and the impact of this space has on others. And for the first time, I am able to quietly say to Eda, who created the story that I am experiencing, “Happy birthday.”
While experiencing all these fluctuations and standing on the threshold of my 50s, the first word that came to my mind when I looked at my rising new intention was “Shine”. As I start the next decade of my life, my goal is to shine, drawing on the wisdom gained from my past experiences. Recognizing the beauty of my roots and my life story, I aspire to shine brightly and inspire others to do the same.
To life, I extend my deepest gratitude for the beauty it has bestowed upon me and for the opportunity to savor this journey thus far.

İnsanoğlunun 300 bin yıl önce Homo Sapiens’e geçişiyle aktive olan neokorteks, düşüncelerimizin ifade bulmasını sağladı. Bu düşünceler, o günkü yüzyılın bilinç seviyesi ve gerçekliği çerçevesinde şekillenerek zaman kavramımızı, koronosu oluşturdu.
Ancak evren bizim lisanımızla ve kavramlarımızla işlemiyor. Evrende, yarın 2023’ten 2024’e geçmiyoruz. Tanımladığımız kavramlara körü körüne olan inancımızla, hakikatte işleyen zaman kavramından bihaber bir şekilde zamana tanıklık ediyoruz. Bir günden diğerine geçişe yüklediğimiz anlam, aslında ne kadar da manasız.
Yılbaşında yaşamı kutlamalıyız, sevdiklerimizle keyifte olmalıyız, hediyeler almalıyız, şık olmalıyız ve yanımızda olmayanlara kutlama mesajları göndermeliyiz gibi -meli ve -malı’larla donatmışız kendimizi. Oysa hakikatte, sadece bir gün bitiyor ve diğeri başlıyor. Başlayan gün – her gün bizlere sunulduğu üzere – boş bir kanvas ve çizilmek istenen bir resme ev sahipliği yapıyor. Aynı bugün olduğu gibi, yarın da sadece anlardan oluşan bir gün olacak aslında.

Tercihlerimiz gerçekliğimizi yaratıyor. Her gün dünyada 7,9 milyar farklı gerçeklik tecrübe ediliyor. Her insan kendi hikayesinin kahramanı ve tercihleriyle kendi hikayesini yazıyor. Yaşamda karşımıza çıkanlar karşısında verdiğimiz tepkiler ve yaptığımız tercihler, Evrensel Yasalar’dan olan Etki/Tepki Yasasını tetikliyor. Vuku bulan karşısında yaptığımız tercih ve verdiğimiz karar yaşamda bir tepki zincirini tetikliyor. Başımıza gelenlere otomatik ve tepkisel bir reaksiyonla karşılık verdiğimizde başlattığımız enerji döngüsü, kuantumda bir olasılığı yaşama geçirirken, olanı bir nefes alıp mesafeden seyretme imkanı bulduğumuzda verdiğimiz karşılık ise yaşamda başka bir gerçekliğin yaratılmasına katkı sağlıyor. Ve işin en akıl almaz noktası, bu tercihler her anımızda, her nefesimizde yaşam buluyor. Her an, yaşam bize yönümüzü yeniden çizme imkanını sunuyor. Öylesine de şefkatli.
Hakikat yolundaki yol arkadaşlarımdan, hatırlatıcılarımdan sevgili İrem Orhon bunu çok güzel ifade ediyor;

Evrensel yasaların bilincinde olarak yaşamı seyretmeye, realiteyi yakalamaya niyet edelim. Yaşam okulunda olduğumuzun bilinciyle, okulda bizlere eşlik eden arkadaşlarımızı daha bilinçli seçelim. Kendimizi olmak istediğimiz insanlarla ve frekanslarla donatalım. Hakikat yolunda bizlere eşlik eden yol arkadaşlarımız, candaşlarımız olsun bu yaşam okulunda.
Ve hiç unutmayalım ki, dünya saatiyle 2025 yılı geldiğinde, bizler bugünkü biz olmayacağız. İstesek de istemesek de, yaşamda vuku bulanlar karşısında dönüşeceğiz. Yaşama verdiğimiz karşılığın erdemiyle ya genişleyeceğiz ve ferahlayacağız ya da daralacağız. Yaratının bizlere vermiş olduğu en büyük yetkinlik olan tercih, bizlerin.
Yaşamda olan karşısında, yaşama hangi versiyonumuzu sunacağız?
We can look at this number from many perspectives. But today, our focus is on the transition from one year to the next, the cycle where December 31st turns into January 1st.
By the activation of our neocortex 300,000 years ago, as Homo Sapiens, our thoughts found its voice and we started to communicate. These early thoughts, shaped and molded by their contemporary level of consciousness, crafted our current reality and conceptualized the notion of time we live by today – a construct deeply rooted in Chronos.
However, the universe doesn’t operate in our language or concepts. In the universe, we aren’t really moving from 2023 to 2024. Unaware of the true nature of time, we witness life through the definitions we’ve created. The meaning we assign to the transition from one day to the next is actually quite meaningless.
We’ve burdened ourselves with obligations – to celebrate, to be with loved ones, to give gifts, to prep up, and to send messages to those not with us. However, in truth, it’s just one day ending and another beginning. Each new day is a blank canvas, and just like today, tomorrow will be a compilation of moments.
These questions we often reserve for New Year’s Eve should actually be our daily practice:
To what do I want to contribute today?
What and how do I want to serve?
How do I choose to respond to life?
Which version of myself do I want to bring into life today?
Our choices create our reality, and each day 7.9 billion realities unfold worldwide. Each person is the hero of their own story, writing it with their personal choices. Our reactions and decisions trigger the Universal Law of Action/Reaction. Our choices in response to circumstances initiate a chain reaction in life. When we react automatically, we set in motion an energy cycle that manifests a probability in the quantum realm. In contrast, when we observe and respond from a distance, we contribute to the creation of a different reality. And amazingly, these choices are continuously available to us. Life continuously offers us moments to reshape, redirect our lives.
One of my lovely companions, reminders on the path to truth, İrem Orhon, puts it beautifully:
“The reasons that trigger our actions are our decision-making mechanisms, the state of our mind. As the internal factors, that is the reasons, change, the external ones, that is the results, change as well.”
When we transform our perceptions, illusions, and judgments – the reasons behind our reactivity – we briefly get the chance to observe life from a distance. This allows us to slow down our stream of judgmental thoughts and witness moments when we’re closer to seeing reality as it is. And, as we face what life throws at us, the person in front of us, or any situation, we can slow down the cascade of thoughts (which are somewhat judgmental) awakening in our minds and get closer to witnessing moments when we perceive reality as it truly is.The more we can stretch the distance between these two thoughts, the more clearly we can read reality.
As stated by other laws of our universe, like the Law of Vibration and the Law of Attraction, we are beings who vibrate and emit frequencies with our emotions, thoughts, and states of being. The frequency at which we vibrate invites the corresponding manifestations into our lives. Practices such as expressing gratitude, evaluating the past with today’s consciousness and a broader perspective, and interpreting it virtuously, as well as articulating our intentions for the next cycle, are tools that help increase our individual vibration in life. The things that come to light when awakenings find voice after each introspection, also set the frequency and the expansions for the next cycle.
What remains for me from the concept of New Year that we’ve been taught and that I cherish is the desire to reach beyond our comfort zones to our loved ones and ecosystem, sharing the epiphanies, hopes, and wishes that resonate within us at the completion of an ending cycle.
And here’s my deepest hope, my wish for all of us for 2024…
May we have more days where our minds don’t rule over us, where we use them as tools for the tasks they’re meant for. When faced with challenging situations, may we find ourselves more grounded and centered in our breath. When life hits us, challenges us, may we not burn with the desire for revenge and hit life back. Instead, may we choose to see life’s challenges as opportunities for correction. An opportunity to evaluate ourselves, our processes, and our choices. And we should never forget that the courage to redesign our lives always resides within us. May we accept ourselves, each other and the occurrence that is taking place and be thankful for the lessons. Grow more conscious and be more aware on our journey of evolution. May we choose life. Every day and every moment.
May we intend to observe life through the perception of universal laws and truly intend to feel reality. Knowing that we’re in the school of life, may we choose our companions more consciously. Surround ourselves with the people and frequencies of those we aspire to be. May our fellow travelers on this path to truth, our soul friends, be with us on this journey.
And let’s never forget that when the year 2025 arrives, we won’t be the same as we are today. Whether we want it or not, we will transform in response to life’s events. Depending on how we respond, we will either expand and find relief or contract. This great power of choice given to us by the creation is simply ours.
In response to what life brings, what version of myself will we present today?
Will I be part of the solution or part of the problem?
In this era we’re entering, as our human journey within our bodies extends, it’s clear that life’s meaning lies in savoring and fully embracing our unique stories. Reaching 50 years on this wonderful planet, Earth, broadens our perspective, allowing us to see the cause and effect of universal laws. We gain understanding and acceptance of our choices, and learn to embrace who we are because of those once seemingly insignificant decisions we have made in the quantum realm. We start to honor the life experiences and the incredible souls that have shaped us into who we are today.
Experiencing our lives from an observer state of mind with a detached perspective, we begin to understand more clearly the relationship between events and their reasons, delving deeper into the intentions of creation. And in return, hopefully internalize the truth that life is not happening to us but through us.
Nearly 8 years ago, through a pay it forward initiative on Facebook, I thought I was contributing to a chain of goodness in the world and playing a small part in the human story. Little did I know that this selfless act was guiding me towards the path my heart truly desired.
Today, I kindly invite all of us to celebrate a truly special soul who has been a pivotal influence over my last eight years. It’s his presence, curiosity, wonder, love, and support that have sculpted me into the person I am today, bravely pursuing myself in life.
To my wonderful partner, M, you have been one of the greatest gifts life has given me. Your mischievous and visionary nature, combined with your creative spirit, has completely transformed my perception of “being.” With you, life has not only flourished but also shown me that our only limits are those we set for ourselves. You are a true composer of life, crafting beautiful ideas in every conceivable area, especially if they support a sustainable system and possess inherent goodness for the whole. Your ability to manifest beauty in everything is your greatest magic and gift to the world.
You are a beacon of light, illuminating our paths and expanding our visions. Your ability to see beyond the surface and appreciate the essence of every individual, every encounter, every intention is extraordinary. You remind us of the interconnectedness of all things in this vast universe.
I want to thank you for the roller coaster ride we embarked on 8 years ago. Together, we have fearlessly embraced the unknown, following our intuition as our compass. With you by my side, I have found the courage to speak my truth, not only to you but to the world!
Saying “yes” to life is even more exhilarating with you beside me. Together, we grow, explore, create, dream, and contribute to the creation of a more beautiful world—a vision our hearts know is possible. I am ever grateful that our paths have crossed and that we have the opportunity to walk this pathless path together.

I am a firm believer in Utopia. I genuinely believe that another reality – where we live in harmony with each other, respecting nature and each other’s uniqueness – is possible. It brings me immense joy to be myself and I am incredibly grateful for the life choices that have led me to this point, where I am deeply engaged with this strong belief in Utopia that resides within me.
However, Utopia cannot be achieved by just a handful individuals believing in its possibility. It can only become our collective reality when many people approach life with a deeper understanding and respond to life with a higher level of consciousness. When it becomes a collective attitude, then Utopia can truly become a meaningful concept for us to discuss and debate.
Life is like mathematics, everything is connected through frequency. Our ability to contemplate Utopia as a collective can only become possible when the number of individuals who diligently work on themselves and live life with a higher consciousness exceeds 1% of the world population. At that point, the predominant vibration of the collective will shift towards hope, and Utopia will become a real possibility.
Today, we are at a crucial turning point in human history and our journey on this planet. Thanks to technology, we can all realize that we are not alone. There are many others in the world who believe in the impossible, in Utopia. Technology allows us to connect with those who are seeking answers to the same questions that our hearts long for.
The tools, discussions, and analyses that have evolved over centuries by those who have chosen to wake up to the true nature of life and, in turn, radiated their light and inspired others simply through their state of being – are now available to everyone. These incredibly efficient tools are accessible to all those who embark on a journey of self-discovery.
As human beings, we are born into this physical life and we are influenced by our immediate communities. The geography we are born into and the agreements we have made before entering this life begin to shape us through the collective consciousness of the past. External factors start to mold, impact, condition, and limit us, similar to how dough is shaped. It is often said that the first half of life are a period of trial, error, and learning. During these years, we experience the lessons of life within the dimension we have embodied on this planet and the stories we were born into.
Around the age of 35-40, we begin to awaken to the fact that the “I” we identify with is composed of the collective wounds, vulnerabilities, and prejudices of the “we”.
Through encounters with people and events, we learn who and what does not serve us in this life. We discover who we don’t want to be and what we don’t want to do. These are the years that older generations refer to as a “mid-life crisis”. Up until this point, we try to live the life that is dictated to us by our ancestors, families, society, and the collective consciousness. There is a saying that goes, “Every generation has to learn that the stove is hot”. We cannot truly understand fire without getting burned in life. Through trial and error, we learn what we don’t want to become. As we collide with people and events, life encourages us to learn something new about ourselves and how we function.
We have to become the change we want to see in the world. If we embrace the fact that life is not happening to us but through us, then we find the courage to take control of our own lives. We realize that we must embody the life, existence, and way of being that we want to see and experience in this world. There is no external force that will slap us and wake us up. The creation itself uses life to push us to the edge, urging us to open our eyes and awaken to reality. This is how our journey of awakening to the “truth” begins. Our awakening starts with a moment when we pause in the face of life’s challenges and force ourselves to look at life with fresh eyes and realize that the situation we are in is not the situation we truly want to be in. Reincarnation within this lifetime, without physically dying, begins when we dive deep within ourselves, fully experiencing the challenges we face, and intend to reconnect with life in a new, profound way, with a deeper understanding. This is the essence of what regeneration means to me.
My personal journey into this way of being began with a battle against thyroid cancer. This life-altering experience redirected my path towards service. Today, that sickness is not a burden on my soul, but actually a blessing in my life. I am on this path because of that illness. Since then, I have found the courage within me to change my direction, to express my truth, and to let go of what no longer serves me. Aware of the inevitability of the end, I have chosen to openly share my reality and dreams. Courage has become my guiding force, the people I encounter and the challenging moments have become my teachers, and I have embarked on a deeper journey as a humble student of life.
Like all of us, I am experiencing my personal growth journey by colliding with life, influenced by the agreements I made based on my beliefs. Life has given me a compassionate wake-up call and my perception of life and my approach to life have begun to transform with newfound courage.
All the terms and words that I thought I understood have started to open up, expand, and shift into a deeper understanding. My heart has become my conscious compass, and I have followed its calling, its longing, and its vibration. The more I have tapped into my potential, the more I have embraced my role and responsibility on this planet. Today, I am dedicated to serving humanity as the co-founder of our collaboration platform, Joint Idea, our lifelong corporate growth platform Life Works Labs, and our treasured community, Love Mafia. Together with my partner in crime, Markus Lehto, we know that we are stronger together than alone. For Utopia to manifest on this precious planet, we must remove our masks, authentically connect with others, embrace our vulnerabilities, and build regenerative communities.
Today, with the human algorithm that we have consciously developed, Utopia is not just a possibility. When we look into the eyes of those around us every day, we can feel, live, and breathe Utopia. We truly believe that regenerative communities are only possible when we have the courage to be vulnerable, to share our truth not through our memorized resumes but through who we are in the present moment.
In human design, I am a manifesting generator, and I have chosen to channel this immense inner energy towards evoking Utopia on the planet every day. According to my design, my G-center is open, which means I discover my direction and purpose in life when I am surrounded by like-hearted individuals. My path reveals itself to me when I am in the right place, at the right time, with the right people. We call this cultivating serendipity, which is another way of saying miracles can be created. With this awareness of my design, when I reflect on my life with an observer’s perspective, I can see how my path has unfolded step by step through life’s lessons.
When we have the opportunity to observe our lives from a detached state of mind, we begin to understand the relationship between what has happened and why it has happened. We gain a deeper sense of the intention behind creation. Through my experience with thyroid cancer, I found the courage to change the direction of my life. Since then, day by day, through the magic of the human algorithm, remarkable individuals with beautiful initiatives have entered our lives. Regenerate X is an extension of this carefully and intentionally woven human algorithm. By uniting with these like-hearted souls under the umbrella of “Regenerate X,” my soul has received confirmation of our path and an expanded inner peace that mingles with me, reaffirming the choices and sacrifices we have made to be where we are today.
Our soul family has grown, and we constantly encounter more inspiring individuals who are seeking answers to the questions that our hearts yearn for. The diversity of their expertise resonates with our common vision.
I have witnessed the growth of my loved ones. These amazing souls who have accompanied us on our journey for the past 7.5 years have delved deeper, expanded their messages, and embraced inclusivity. It is an absolute honor to witness such growth in life.
At the Regenerate X conference, we shared deep connections, heartfelt conversations, and experienced moments of magic. Once again, the human algorithm revealed its beauty. We all tasted the precious gifts that life brings when we cultivate serendipity. As a case in point, we were truly blessed to have a surprise visit from Esin Çelebi, the 22nd generation grand daughter of Hz Mevlana Celalettin Rumi, among us, along with her own grand daughter.
Today, at the age of 49, I know that there is more in life waiting for me. I feel that I am at the midpoint of my life journey and I am genuinely excited to explore what more wants to come alive through me. However, my heart and choices whisper to me that the future demands us to be regenerative.
In order for us to truly embody the principles of regeneration, we have to awaken our exponential humanity. We must undergo a process of reincarnation without dying within the context of our current life story. This involves practicing becoming ourselves; delving into the deeper truths of our existence, understanding our unique designs, and fearlessly exploring our shadow sides and giving rebirth to our true self. It requires us to willingly let go of what no longer serves our life’s purpose and take a courageous leap of faith into the boundless possibilities that life holds. Only then can the human algorithm, in its infinite grace, bring like-hearted beings onto our path. These magical encounters naturally foster the emergence of regenerative communities in their own organic timing and process, allowing us to truly cultivate serendipity. These terms, which we believe are the key to regeneration, have been the foundation of our Life Works Labs journeys that we lovingly curate for Corporate Transformation Journeys with our Love Mafia members.
Our precious world is slowly depleting its resources that it has been providing since its creation for the development of life. We are now being urged to prioritize regeneration in our existence and way of being. This can be quite overwhelming, but we can start by honoring the stories we are born into in this reality, letting go of our expectations, harnessing our potential into capacity, giving our best efforts to life, choosing to respond rather than react, and trusting the natural flow of the system to guide our path. Once our soul’s regeneration is underway, we can then extend that to create regenerative companies, systems, technologies, communities, and ultimately, a regenerative world.
